Through the Web Site, EXPERIENCECATANIA offers, in addition, a pick up and transfer service, which allows the User to have a private vehicle, to move from one place to another, in the destination city where EXPERIENCECATANIA offers the service.

EXPERIENCECATANIA informs that the activities, excursions, guided tours and transfers are of the services provided by companies of third legal entities, which collaborate with EXPERIENCECATANIA (henceforth the Provider(s)). BY MEANS OF THE WEBSITE, CIVITATIS OFFERS EXCLUSIVELY A SERVICE OF BOOKING ACTIVITIES, EXCURSIONS, GUIDED TOURS AND TRANSFERS, IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AROUND THE WORLD, WHICH ARE PERFORMED DIRECTLY BY THE PROVIDER(S).

On the Web Site, EXPERIENCECATANIA also offers its users free travel guides of different destinations, including photographs, information on transportation and the most important tourist points, an interactive map and advice inherent to the location. Access to and use of the aforementioned free travel guides may only take place online and their commercialization is prohibited; therefore, the User accepts this prerogative and is responsible for their improper and unauthorized use.

In general terms, the stipulation of the services offered by EXPERIENCECATANIA will be formalized between the User and EXPERIENCECATANIA, although, for certain Providers and services, EXPERIENCECATANIA offers its Website only as an online platform, by means of which the Providers offer their Services, so that users can book them. The activity voucher will indicate the mode of the booked service.

In the latter case, the User at the time of making the reservation establishes a contractual relationship with the Provider of the booked activity or transfer. EXPERIENCECATANIA acts as an intermediary between the User and Provider, communicating to the Provider the data inherent to the reservation and sending the User an email confirming the reservation, on behalf of the Provider.

The information given by EXPERIENCECATANIAits services offered on the Website is based on the data communicated by the Suppliers.

3.- BOOKING WITH EXPERIENCECATANIA AND REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE
In order to make a reservation on the Website, the User will have to provide his/her personal data (first name, last name, email, landline and cell phone) or the data of the person in whose name the reservation of the activity or transfer is made, so that EXPERIENCECATANIA can manage the reservation requested by the User.

Users may create their Account by completing a registration form, provided within the Website. Through the Account, the User will be able to create a profile that will allow him/her to have a private area, through which he/she will be able to manage all the reservations made on the Website.

According to these General Conditions of Use, Users declare that they have provided true, correct, updated and complete data about their identity or that of the person on whose behalf they make the reservation of the activity or transfer. Users will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to EXPERIENCECATANIA and for any consequences that may result from errors in the information communicated.

Users will have total responsibility for the use of their Account. Accordingly, they will be solely responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of the User Name and/or Password, which allow them access to the Account, and they agree not to assign the use of such data to third parties for access, either temporarily or permanently.

In accordance with what has been stated above, Users must immediately notify EXPERIENCECATANIA, by means of the email address booking@experiencecatania.it, of any illicit use of their User Name and/or Password, due to circumstances such as theft, loss or unauthorized access in the Account, so that EXPERIENCECATANIA can proceed to the immediate cancellation and/or incapacitation. If you do not communicate this type of incidence, EXPERIENCECATANIA will be exempt from any liability, which may result from the illicit use of the Username or Password by unauthorized persons.

4.- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ACTIVITIES, EXCURSIONS AND GUIDED TOURS
The reservations that each User makes through the Website are subject to the specific conditions of each activity, excursion or guided tour. The User will find specified the conditions of the services in their descriptions on the Website, but also in the confirmation email that EXPERIENCECATANIA will send her after she has made the reservation.

4.1.- General conditions applicable to all bookings.
In general, the booking of activities, excursions and guided tours offered by EXPERIENCECATANIA on the Website is subject to the following conditions:

The dates and times of the activities, excursions and guided tours published on the Website have been established by the Providers and do not allow any kind of modification. It will only be possible to change the date and time of an activity, excursion and guided tour if the User has booked a private service, a case in which you must communicate your request through the contact web form, available at www.experiencecatania.it In any case, EXPERIENCECATANIA’s response will depend on the conditions applied by the Providers.
The User will be able to change the details of his/her reservations if the conditions of the activity, excursion and/or guided tour allow it. To make the changes, the User must click on the link found in the booking confirmation email or within their User Account within the “Reservations” section.
The advance time for each reservation varies depending on the activity, excursion, and/or guided tour you wish to book. This information can be obtained from viewing the activity description sheet on the Website. EXPERIENCECATANIA would like to inform you that it is not possible to book an activity in advance with less than the amount indicated in the activity description sheet.

4.2.- Specific conditions of the information of the booked activity, excursion and/or guided tour.
The meeting point, date, time, duration and all the information necessary to carry out the activity, excursion and/or guided tour booked, are indicated on the Website in the descriptive sheet of each service, as well as in the confirmation email that experiencecatania will send to the User after making the reservation.

In the confirmation email, in addition to communicating all the necessary information about the booked service, experiencecatania may send the User a voucher of the booking of the booked activity, excursion and/or guided tour, or experiencecatania will inform the User about the receipt of a confirmation email of the booking, which the User may show to the Provider before the beginning of the activity or at its conclusion, according to the conditions established by the Provider.

It is essential that Users are punctual and show up at the meeting point on the date and time indicated within the voucher, as all activities, excursion and guided tour are scheduled to start at a specific time and it is not possible to change the start time.

The duration of the activities, excursions and guided tours posted on the Website is referential in nature and may be subject to slight variations, depending on the performance of the service or any factors external to the Supplier and/or experiencecatania such as, for example, adverse weather conditions, traffic problems, strikes, etc.

Once the Users reach the destination, if they want to inquire about the booked service and, in particular, about the meeting point of the activity, excursion or visit, they can contact the Supplier at the phone number provided in the voucher sent by experiencecatania as confirmation of the reservation.

experiencecatania informs you that the Supplier may require that you present your booking confirmation voucher before the start of the activity. experiencecatania will not assume any responsibility if you fail to present such voucher to the Supplier.

5.- SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF TRANSFER BOOKINGS
Each of the transfer services offered by experiencecatania on the Website is subject to specific conditions, which Users will be able to consult on the Website within the descriptive tab of the chosen transfer (on the Website) or in the email sent by how experiencecatania confirms the reservation.

Notwithstanding the above, Users should consider the following terms:

No luggage surcharges: The prices on the experiencecatania Website are final and no luggage surcharges apply (only if there is space available in the vehicle booked). The price listed on the Website is per vehicle booked and includes tolls. In case the crew is sized larger than the capacity of the booked vehicle, a surcharge will be charged.
Private service: the transfer service offered by experiencecatania is private and, therefore, the vehicle can only be used by users who have booked this service.
Vehicle Seating: The number of seats indicated on the Website corresponds to the maximum number of people who can travel in the vehicle, in addition to the driver. It must be taken into consideration that children occupy a seat in the same way as adults.
Appointment Time: In all transfers departing from the airport, the User must indicate the landing time of his/her flight. In transfers departing from a specific point at the destination,
Modification of the transfer service: The User may modify the transfer service, only if the conditions of the booked service allow it. In this case, the User may make the corresponding change by accessing a link provided by experiencecatania in the booking confirmation email or within the User’s Account.
Contact with the driver: In the confirmation email of the reservation made by the User, experiencecataniawill provide the name, email and emergency number of the Provider (or driver), so that the User can get in touch, in case he/she cannot find the driver or for any kind of problem.
Stops in the route: If Users need to make stops in the route (for example, if the passengers being transported are staying in different hotels or if keys need to be picked up in order to enter an apartment), these stops will have an economic surcharge, which may vary depending on the city in which the ride is being made.
Location of destination: If the destination is outside the city center, the transfer will have an economic surcharge.
Changes to the agreed route: In case the User wants to change the agreed route, a surcharge may be charged for the new route. The additional cost will be borne by the User.

6.- ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS

The contract for the booking of experiencecatania services will be formalized when the User has completed and accepted the booking form for the activity or transfer and the same will have been confirmed after the booking process and the correct execution of the payment.

The prices will be those indicated by experiencecatania at the time the booking of the activity or transfer chosen by the User is made. All services are instant confirmation and you will pay the deposit when you make the reservation, by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

In general, experiencecatania charges the entire activity, excursion, guided tour and/or transfer booked by the User on the Website. Nonetheless, there are services whose Providers allow the User to pay a portion of the cost of the service at the time of booking and the User to make the payment on the day of the activity, excursion, guided tour or transfer of the remaining amount of the total amount. This will depend on the specific conditions of each Supplier.

In general, experiencecatania will not apply discounts for the provision of its services, unless established in the conditions of the corresponding activity, excursion, guided tour and/or transfer.
After completing the reservation, the User will receive an email, with a receipt attached, as confirmation of payment for the booked service. This receipt is not equivalent to the invoice issued for the payment of the service. Once the booking process on the Website has been completed, the User can request the issuance and sending of the invoice.
The User can download the documents relating to the booking of the services offered by experiencecatania from the Website. In some cases, the documentation necessary to carry out the excursion or activity will be sent by email to the User by the Service Provider. In the event that the reservation is cancelled, in accordance with what is indicated in section 7 of these General Conditions of Use, experiencecatania will proceed to issue the corrective documents appropriate for the User.

7.- CANCELLATION POLICY
Without prejudice to the User's rights regarding the cancellation of subject tourist packages, a specific cancellation policy is followed which the User can consult both on the page with the description of the activity (on the Website) and in the confirmation email that experiencecatania will send you once the booking has been made.

iii. In the event that the Supplier denies the User access to the corresponding activity, excursion and/or guided tour, when the latter does not have the voucher with him in printed copy or downloaded in digital format in his mobile phone (according to when requested by the Supplier).
iv. Of damage and theft that harm the User and his property during the activity, excursion or guided tour and/or during the journey of the booked transfer service.
v. Of the injuries, damages and accidents suffered by the User during the activity, excursion, guided tour and/or private transfer, as well as the injuries, damages and accidents suffered by the User before the service, preventing him from carrying it outyou. Of all the cases in which the vehicle booked for the transfer does not arrive at the meeting point, when the information provided by the User on the times and on the meeting point is incorrect.
vii. Loss of flights, trains, buses or any other means of transport, as a result of not having requested the transfer service with the advance recommended by experiencecatania. The User is solely responsible for providing information on the departure time of his flight/train/bus and for requesting the collection service in sufficient time.
viii. Weather conditions in which the Supplier will not be able to complete the activities, excursions and guided tours booked by the Users. In none of these cases experiencecatania will be responsible for such circumstances and, therefore, the service will be considered as correctly performed.
ix. The quality and suitability of the service booked by the User.
x. In cases where the activities, excursions or guided tours were carried out following the points of interest indicated, although the duration has undergone a slight variation, due to any factor external to the Supplier and/or experiencecatania. In this situation, it will be determined that the service was successfully implemented.
. Requests and complaints relating to the service booked by the User, which must be managed by the Service Provider; experiencecatania will be able to collaborate with the User to satisfy his requests.
In the event that the User books the services directly with the Supplier, experiencecatania will not be responsible for:
 Of the fulfillment of any type of tax obligation and payments relating to the Supplier's service. experiencecatania exempts itself from any type of tax liability for the Supplier's data services.
experiencecatania does not offer any guarantee and is exempt from liability for damages and prejudices of any nature, deriving from access and use of the content or of the Website. In the case of tourist packages offered by experiencecatania and subject to the provisions of the "Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users", if, after having selected and purchased a tourist package with another company, the User books additional travel services with experiencecatania, you will NOT enjoy the rights applicable to tourist packages by virtue of the consolidated version of the "Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users".
Therefore, experiencecatania will not be held responsible for the correct provision of the aforementioned additional travel services. In the event that any inconvenience occurs, the User must contact the supplier responsible for providing the service.
However, if the User books additional travel services during the same visit to the experiencecatania website, the aforementioned services will be considered connected travel services. In this case, in accordance with the provisions of European Union law, experiencecatania has taken steps to sign a guarantee of protection which provides for the reimbursement to the User of all payments received, in the event the purchased services have not been provided due to insolvency by the of experience Catania.
